Many people have made posts like yours. However, given that 10,000+ are playing at any moment, the complaints amount to only the tiniest fraction of all the games being played. (If the server were responsible for dropping the connection in even 1% of the games, there would be hundreds of complaints a day.)
It is most likely that your device just dropped the connection. Wifi connections are often unreliable.
Try to get a better wired connection.
First, try sending a message to support to see if their server went down and they should be able to see if you have had a power outage near you and this should resolve the issues.
It was not that my connection dropped. Besides it should only be applicable only if black made a move to say that I abandoned the game. The game summary shows that white made 1 move and that is it but white lost. It does not make any sense.

Seems like a senseless loss and to that end, you didn't lose the game. It has affected your sensory perception and created a good deal of emotional duress but this in no way suggests you are wholly senseless. Partially perhaps, but don't try to make sense out of it. That's senseless. It looks like you had a great first move but since it happened you can only grin and bear it and try to make some sense out of it all.

Does anyone have an issue where I make a move as a white piece and the system sits on the black not making a move for 5-6 minutes and eventualy it says that I abandoned the game and reduces my rating? I have sent a message to the support as well. Appreciate if anyone can share if there experience similar issue. Thanks.
