Why are my games unrated?

Hi. After the last couple of my bullet games, I noticed that my rating hadn't changed and after some digging I found that it was because they were unrated games. I hadn't asked to play any unrated games and this was not what I wanted. I cannot find any options or settings which allow me to

It seems to be OK if you start games from the live page, using the custom option to make sure it is rated. It fails when you start using the left menu bar on the main page.
