The increment is for the whole game.

So, I’m looking into a chess tournament near me this year, and I’m getting a little confused. Here’s what it says: 5SS, 40/80, SD/30 +30
Does this mean:
5 round Swiss, 40 moves in 80 minutes, after that, an additional 30 minutes with a 30 sec increment?
Or odd the increment for the whole game?
