Best way to make and save new good puzzles like this one!

I have been reviewing my games with Rbyka to find tactical moves like this one

 
Is there a way that I can save all of these in one place.  Kind of like my own chess mentor course.  I know you can do this in chessbase, which I have, but I like the chess.com software better and I'd like to save the puzzles instead of emailing them to myself.  Thanks!
