Chess.com Keeps unfairly banning my friend

I have a friend that became insanely good at chess playing OTB, she started playing online and easily got very high elo, playing in a completely fair way (no assistance, no cheating, only her skills) and you can easily notice that by watching her gameplay and precision in games. In general she makes really good moves, she plays fast and is very agressive, but she's a human and also make mistakes, blunders, imprecisions, etc But still... chess.com KEEPS BANNING HER UNFAIRLY, I don't understand why... She has some games with very high precision like 90 or 95 but it's usually fast games where opponent blundered, we all have games like this... And I know when someone is cheating and when someone is not, it's not her case, she is just really good We already talked to the support and they said they would email in like 1-4 days but that was like at least a week ago and still nothing So I'm finally making a post here cuz this can't keep happening, it's not fair to get banned for no reason. I know a lot of people cheat and get banned but there are also cases of unfair bans, this is one of these cases One of her accounts that just got banned is called Nanachia, you can all check the games and precision and stuff and you'll see there's nothing wrong, but chess.com keeps banning her and I'm tired of it Please chess.com, put a real human on the support and check the profile by yourselves, she's not a cheater, she's just a good player and you are banning her unfairly multiple times, please stop and give her accounts back
