A good puzzle, though 5. Kd2 wouldn't allow the bishop check. (one move quicker)
As for the aesthetics of the puzzle, you might want to get rid of superfluous pieces. Also, I find the many checks by black rather annoying for the puzzle, because their only purpose is to delay mate...
But all in all, a good puzzle.

Black missed 3. ... Qh1+ now. Fix that and it should be good.
White loses if Qh1+, right?
