Doesn't QxRd3 still lead to Black having the advantage?

i must be missing something. after 1...Qxd3 it seems like it would be an easy win for black. if anyone would be so kind...

No, 1...Qxd3. 2.g4+ hxg3 (en passent.) 3. Rxh1#

if after 1. ...Qxd3; white plays, 2. g4+ ...hxg3 (en passant), then 3. Rxh1 checkmate!

Why would an analysis of this ignore the important and interesting Qxd3 line, while spending so much time on the irrelevant and trivial h3 line?
