You have in mind, I suppose, 3. Nd5!? with an idea 4. Ne7+. A nice try! Still, it's not help. 3... Bxc2 4. Ne7+ Kh7 5. Nxg6 Kxg6 and black will take also the rook b1. And another good variation is 3... Rxd5 4. Qxe4 (or Rxe4 Re5 and rook e4 will fall) Re5 5. Qxg6 Rxe1+ 6. Kh2 fg6; again, a rook less for a white!
