Impossible chess puzzle!

Hello everyone! I want to share with you an absolutely striking puzzle! It is pretty and difficult that such legends as Kasparov and Karpov could not solve it, but suddenly Mikhail Tal was able to solve it when he went for a walk! Even today's engines need to reach over depth 40 to solve this puzzle!

It is white to move.

lol you got this from another chess video.

Considering the OP gave historical data on the position having been solved by Tal on a walk, it's hardly surprising that it's already on Youtube or some other online video streaming service.

Some else posted a link to the Tennison Gambit, acting like he found it some rare manuscript or whatever, when in fact there are plenty of videos on Youtube about the Tennison Gambit, and in at least 2 or 3 other languages besides english.

There is nothing wrong with posting a new video about an older chess problem, because if it's a particularly difficult problem with many moves, the narrator can give new or updated insights into the problem, or give it context in light of newer, stronger chess engines.

Indeed, it is for instance funny to note that engines are unable to solve this study until they reach depth 45.

Noam_Vitenberg

I mean the newest engines.
