It's actually mate in 4 if Black plays 2...Qf3+ rather than 2... Qf2+.

2...Qf3+ 3. Kh3 Nf2+ 4. Kh4 Qg4# or 3. Kg1 Qf2+ 4. Kh1 Qxh2#
