I was trying to set up that 2-rooks mate pattern, but black can play f4. Luckly d3 square is covered by white king, so 1.Qb3 and if then 1...f4, 2.Qd3#. If 1...Kd4, then Qd3# also. If 1...Kf4, then that 2-rooks mate works with 2.Qh4#. Thanks for the puzzle.
