yeah Kxc7 is checkmate with Qb7. Morphy was the best chess player ever. I love his games!!!! A real genius!
He wasn't the best...
Another alternative solution would be: 22. Qxd7+ Rxd7 23. Rb8+ Rd8 24. Re7+ Kf8 25. Rxd8#

I think another alternate solution is 20. Rd6+;
20. Rd6+ cxd6 21. Qd6+ and mate next move
20. Rd6+ Ke7 21. Re6+ Kd7 22. Rd1+ and mate next move
20. Rd6+ Ke8 21. Qc6+ Qd7 (Kf8 22. Rd8#) 22. Rd7 g6 (trying to escape out g7 after Re7+) (Rd7 23. Rb8#) 23. Rd8+ Kd8 24.Rb8#
