1. Rf6 b5 (else 2. Nc7# comes) 2. cxb6 e.p. exd5 3. b7+ Nxf6 4. b8=N#.
It becomes obvious when you realise black is almost totally movebound, and after blocking the f-pawn with 1. Rf6 everything follows easily.
