The first point for discussion would be that we try to post correct puzzles by first testing them in the analysis module. This one has at least 3 winning white moves in the diagram. The puzzle interface on chess.com is quite primitive and will always flag two of the correct moves as "wrong". This puzzle is therefore unsuitable for chess.com.
Of course you can always repair it by placing the black king on g7 in the diagram

I mean sacrificing the rook to get a queen fast?
If speed is an issue - like getting to queen fast - then you should indicate it in the instructions, for instance by "white to checkmate in 10 moves". I don't think that works here because white can keep his rook and still promote quickly.
Making good puzzles is not easy. You have to make sure there is only one solution before you can ask someone to solve your problem. One solution means there must be only 1 correct white move during a number of moves like in your first diagram. That one is correct now. The solution ends after move 5 since it is now obvious that white wins and also because white has many winning choices after move 5.
