That's a good one. I tried for about 5 minutes and had to use a computer to solve it. Surprised the puzzle boys aren't falling all over each other with solutions.

I see some potential stalemate ideas, and some perpetual ideas, but they don't seem to work.

Edit: Here's an interesting near-miss, which could be related to the puzzle.

Edit again: Maybe it's not a near miss, but I haven't looked at all the lines.
