I imagined something a little less camp, more Ginger Rodgers and Fred Astaire.

;-)

Thanks for the link but I couldn't find what she  mean't.

bastiaan

Well, if she is dancing to find that out, she's definately on drugs, or she was dancing with Stephen Hawking who explained her about the multiverse theory

She had been drinking quite heavily and although she had danced at the venue she believed to be so, she had been dancing next to the dance floor  on the carpet next to the exit, she had arrived at exactly 8pm, was kicked out at closing at exactly 12am.

Thanks for giving it a go. Cheers!

Weak.

What a dissapointing solution! That is not a riddle, that is a misguidance: 'although she had danced' implies she danced there 'she believed to be so' counters that having the only explanation she had drunk heavily. A lot of the information was not relevant.

I will give this thread a riddle in return, so the people who gave it some time, will not have been here without a decent puzzle.

The man who made it, did not want it for himself.

The man who bought it, did not need it for himself.

The man who used it, did not know it.

What is it?

vanelau

A coffin?

LoekBergman

LOL, dark matter, that would have been a good one!

Great vanelau! That is the solution indeed.

DrSpudnik

I like my answer better!

It's a laxative! The person that made it, didn't want to use it. The trickster that bought it, didn't need it. The victim that used it, didn't know about it.

LoekBergman

Sunshiny: LOL, and died of it, needing that coffin. You see, a coffin is always the last and correct answer!
