Struggling with quiet moves

So in this puzzle I saw Nxf3 Qx Qd4 Bb2 Bb4 Kd2 and thought white could just play Qe3 next move and then later a3 to kick my bishop away so I thought that had to be wrong

Instead I thought Nxf3 Qx Qd4 Bb2 Ba3 would work but missed 0-0-0

I got the puzzle right because it played Bd2 instead of Bb2 but when I checked the engine line after Bb2 it said Bb4 was winning because of Nf6

In a real game my opponent wouldn't play Bd2 like a moron so I would've blundered. Does anyone know any books or resources that focus specifically on quiet moves deep into calculation? I really struggle with it and am always blundering because of it. Nf6 didn't even cross my mind

But I wanna train this specifically tear.png

I can practice quiet move puzzles on chesstempo but it's always the first move that's a quiet move. I want one where it's a quiet move deep into the line

Try lichess puzzles theyre great

yeah lichess has way better puzzles than chess.com, and is just the better site in general (yes I am kinda biased) but one thing most people can agree on is that lichess has better and more personalized puzzles.

Well, quiet moves are really hard so idk, but Ramesh's calculation book is really good for general calculation and I highly recommend it.
