nice! I think it could be pretty hard to see a situation like that in a game but I'm no expert either
4. Qe8 should receive a ?? after it because after 4... Qd6+! white is forced to reply with 5. Qd7 Qxd7 6. Kxd7, resulting in a draw. Instead, the correct move would be to directly play 3. Qe8 from g8.

Because then 2...Qg7 preventing the king from moving. Wouold have been a nice puzzle if it were done correctly.
