Just telling a class only is mental could be suited in front of trials in USA according to DSMA IV
No serious first lady would tell that, it is not only an insult, it is false, and partial.
so if someone would say that for only one class of ppl, she /he coud not be of any responsability on D-DAY, and probably all others days of the year. He/she could plently justify opinion of DSM IV, and could be classified as partial and ....wine elections ???? may be she has f-e-a-r.
