I heard about it from a friend. It seems strange that there is not much publicity. Maybe the news is over-focusing on the virus. It is hard to be without electricity. I hope power will be restored soon. I am glad you are safe.

I was in the Iowa derecho. I was in the most hard affected area with 140 mph winds. I just wanted to know if anyone had heard about it because the state feels we do not get enough publicity on what has happened. its been 2 weeks and 2,000 people have no electricity. at first, almost 600,000 people had no electricity. Let me know if you have heard about it.
