It would be best to have unlimited money...one could always get a motel room (a nice one)...one always needs money in this world, but one does not necessarily need a home...

which one would you have a rating of 2000, not getting better or a rating of 100 with your rating multiplying by 10 percent every few months
I would choose starting at 100 and getting better. I get to see all of my progress over a long period of time and how I improved.
