There is an option to delete a topic you create. You cannot delete anyone else’s comments so once others comment on it you can no longer delete it. You can always edit your first comment or the title. You can delete any other comments you made.

No, however, I described an option above that you can help yourself by editing or removing comments. You can unfollow your own posts if you no longer want notifications when someone comments.
Again, others would likely not appreciate you removing their comments. I'd suggest submitting a feature request to remove topics from displaying in your profile page, however, this may have limited value and would likely not be implemented. But who knows?! Good luck.
