About all Teams (Not all) use Members as Slaves

The truth about not all of the teams and groups use members as slaves. Like for example Teams and groups would write to member please join this team match. Unfortunately, Members need to have a choice on based on what they're friends recommend and see all groups details and to see how many games they can play at a time. Another example of how Teams and groups use members as slaves is to force them to join as fast as they could, I have seen a lot of this. There are many teams that still do this still today... But I give an Example, Soviet Union used to be a huge team about 131 ppl and I have made rules that would make safety of this group and people were forced to follow them and Still This is wrong what I did. Other people who are doing this still are again making the same mistakes as I did. I feel this is wrong and began a group "Why Do Really all teams/ groups exist?". In this Group all Members have equal powers and they can do whatever they want as long as they do not force others to do what they don't want... The Team is not responsible for other team issuses because we are all hostile to other Teams... and If you want to join then go ahead... If you have still problems today with other teams quick guide 1) talk to the Leader 2) If the leader does not care leave.

No team (or team admin) can force anyone to join a match, so I don't see how there's "slavery" involved. No matter how many times you might be requested to join a match, it's always you who clicks on "Join".

Yeah but, there are conviencing you to join meaning they want you in the match there are differences... Do you know how many people such as admins or super admins write to you join this team match... They are forcing you to join it and you have no options and members are people not slaves so don't argue with me

The teams send you invitations to play matches or vote games,but you join only if you want to,nobody can't force you to do samething You dont want.

I get a lot of invitations but I play  the games I choice to play.

The teams first of all don't have to send invite since you can change group settings and secound they can join when they want not when someone is asking them to join. Third teams ask people to join team matches which players need to think but they are really begging you to join and by begging so hard they making you join this team match

You have this absolutely completely backwards, Dimaka. You join the matches you want to, and you ignore the rest. It's really as simple as that. Your games are under *your* control, no-one else.

It might seem annoying to get so many invitations, and so many messages asking for extra players in certain matches. But everyone here is free to ignore them all day long. You are not a "slave" here unless you decide to be one.

 you are kinda wrong the team forces you to join team matches... and it is annoying to see people invite which can be changed in group settings and they are begging people to join team matches and they write on notes on every person say plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz join this match i really need here the link to join this team match and what if you don't want to ??? maybe the team will kick you out or do something terrible or something else.... and playing for the team what the point of it??? you just gaining team points not for the members but for the leader who is using you as a slave and there are example's that teams use slavery like team russia and many more, and now even people arguing with me I made a team that everyone can do what ever they want which all people are equal 

First of all you have problem second  Who cares how people write??? is it liek schools taught to write something else??? third you have suffered dieases fourth it explains how you can't prove you're evidence which in this case you off topic we are disscussing about teams and you're thinking i am the one who the sufferer just get out of this forum topic if you want to be off topic

if you dont like teams just dont be in one its that simple i am not in one.

Once again, you are not forced to join any team matches. It is extremely doubtful that a team would kick you out for not joining a team match. And if they do, you wouldn't really want to be in that team anyway, would you?

Super Admin: I think you believe something that is not true. Your profile says you are in grade 10. Maybe in grade 10, you are used to your teachers, or your parents "forcing" you what to do, or telling you what to do. But in the real world, you make your own choices for the most part. And especially on a game website, nobody is "forcing" you to do anything. Your team admins might ask you a lot. They might write stupid notes to you. They might send irritating and loud emails. But they are NOT "forcing" you. 

Just say no. Just ignore them. That's all there is to it. It's that simple. The sooner in life you figure that lesson out, the better off you will be.

Well Still what I am saying is all Members are not equal which means that Super Admins and admins can kick out members why not have all Teams make all members Super Admins ( With chess.com players have membership)??? and why make non members Admins???

Perhaps you should consider the democratic impulse that is overriding your decision making process.

What is wrong with a power structure that does not give equal power? A team is much more efficient when run by a few people who are hopefully acting for the good of the team. If you discern that a leader is not acting in you or your team's best interest, then leave the team. There are a massive amount of teams on the website and I am sure that you can find one that does not 'force' you to do things. You have the power to alter your circumstances.

This is why it funny that mostly all Teams are communist.... Well it okay to be communist but it not okay for the members.... and it not okay to make the team powered by one person all people must have a chance which is why a lot of teams have shutted up their members it funny how they did it because all members are now scared but , the only choice for them to do is to leave all chess.com teams that are communists like Team Russia and many more

All these years I seriously believed that its population was closer to 134,000,000..? Is this yet another double smoke screen? Are we to expect an invasion  soon? 

we are not expect an invasion soon but we are excpecting that all members have equal powers and what we also expecting is not to force members to join team matches not to force them do anything... members are the people they are like the infantry you treat them bad and they leave but what they leave for you is valueable team match points and votechess if you were one of the group leader what would you do??? be a communist or be nice to memebers, the members are valueable so i would tell you that all members will soon leave all teams and the teams and groups soon will not exist with only one exception if all members are equal............................................................................................................................................
