I don't play video games, so I'd recommend a sheet music-making app (if you do play an instrument) so you could share with friends.
I know musescore is said to be good but never used it.

cuz idk about pcs recently. normally pcs are like a billion times better, but rn if u wanna get a good pc, u gotta sell both of ur eyeballs. (eyeballs are worth $1,500 each apparently), so i'd go for an ASUS ROG Zephyrus
