the robots will probably have the same, if not more flexibility than us. and most of us aren't even that flexible

Ai s not, in fact, taking over. True AI doesn’t even exist. Are you seriously scared of LLMs? All they are is just a word calculator. It doesn’t understand a thing it “says”. It just calculates words. A number calculator doesn’t understand the answers it gives either. It just gives them. Currently, AI is garbage that just makes it easier to get information or ideas that already existed on the internet.
