as for #1: I somewhat agree people can sense general energy coming from someone, but I don't know if that color coding lingo that I read about it means anything. That's the most interesting part: how does the spirit integrate with the physical world? There has to be some point of interface

So you're saying you don't believe there are mediums that help souls return to the light, like the many do?
The use of the word "ghost or ghosts" is because from a worldly perspective, but from a spiritual standpoint the eternal worm of anyone being left on earth to not be aware of the light there are mediums to help them.
It makes no sense to believe in hell if u don't believe in ghosts. If u don't have a ghost, then there would be nothing to go to heaven/hell/light or where-ever one would go. It's like saying computers came before 4 function calculators
I don't believe in dead people commonly coming alive, floating around and haunting people. That is my definition of a ghost, anything else I would refer to as "spirit"
