Hi, I have taken platinum membership and enjoying it, but the lesson videos you get after paying will not play on my Tablet. I am tech savy and have done the usual clear cache, update OS, update firefox, update Chrome, install extra video codecs, restart router, restart device etc. Also my connection speed is more than adequate to steam 4k video so the tutorials should be fine, they run fine on my desktop and laptop. Thanks
