Any advice for this newly elected class president?

As the title suggests I’ve won the presidency of my class at my school. I care very much about my peers and want to make sure that they have a fun time next year considering that sophomore year is quite dull. Wondering if any old student council members could offer some advice on what to do or not do. Any others who haven’t been in office I would appreciate if you could tell me what you should like to see be done by a class president.
