Any Blog Thumbnail Creators?

Hi! my name is Fire, and I am a chess.com verified top blogger, with more than 3500 views on one of my posts. Every thumbnail I make for my blog is from scratch, I start from a blank black image and work my way towards creating a masterpiece such as this-
