1. People can't CHOOSE their sexual orientation, they can't CHOOSE who they're attracted to

2. People can't CHOOSE what sex they are born as, so who are we to say they can't change it?

That does not sound like something AI would say at all.

That means they are pretty much useless. OTF should ideally not have those. It damages OTF.

This is the dumbest argument ever.

People tend to get agitated because for the people who are pro-LGBTQ, the opposition is trying to erase LGBTQ people’s identities. The anti-LGBTQ people might have their beliefs offended as well, deeply held beliefs which cannot be discussed here.

This was a magnet, to be honest. It could have gone wrong, and it did. Most, if not all threads on this go wrong.

When deeply held beliefs are perceived to be challenged or identities are perceived to be threatened, people get angry. As some prominent person once said, anger always has a reason, but rarely a good one. It also makes people lose their heads.
