your posts are too long and full of nonsense...I don't read them

you should take some writing class...terse, succinct, logical communication works well on me .

no wait, that won't help none with that jumbled mess you have for a brain.

It's because it would strain your small brain to read them. Can't help it if you are too stupid to comprehend logic laid out for you... Hell, I even try to "dumb it down" to your level, making sure not to use too many big words that might fry your adolescent (oops, big word) mind.

LOL - You must not read much beyond celebrity tabloids, then. How sad.

NK, you'd have more success feeding hay to chickens than to try to win anyone over with your intellect Laughing.

Its just that you did both wrong, the content and the way of telling it. Your arguments are based on primitive instincts and your way of writing is insulting. Why would anyone listen to you?

Awww, look at all the cute light blue colors. Know what those are? Countries who had their rights stripped away from them, countries with very small populations, or people too poor to afford guns. Yet in any of these countries they can still kill with knives and bows, though... odd...

And the slightly darker blue? Those are countries who can afford guns but by limited means only - i.e. severe government restrictions. Many of the nay sayers in this thread who hate guns come from those countries, and are nay sayers BECAUSE THEY ARE JEALOUS OR AFRAID!

this is going to far, Nomadic.

Yes, because you are about as stupid as a chicken, aren't you? Don't worry, I don't hope to convert you. You are a lost cause. If you fear guns, that's your problem, not mine. Meanwhile, responsible citizens are enjoying their guns, their rights, and their not committing violence against their fellow man. Sadly, you have no idea what you are talking about or what you miss out on, what with all your naive assumptions and VERY old, already refuted "arguments" clogging your limited brain matter.

from the map above, without Americans, gun manufacturers would lose billions in sales

Logic sucks, don't it? People jealous of guns or fearful of them will always want them removed from the earth. Too bad that is never going to happen.

Avatar of Feufollet

LOL .. you crack me up NomadicKnight....all you gotta do is show up...you don't have to say a word...Laughing

The feeling is mutual. I enjoy a hearty laugh... When I'm not out doing evil things like shooting a paper target...

But they're selling them to people with money and freedom. They're not making millions selling guns to Uganda.

When I study that map, it appears, to my limited grasp of geography, that the countries with the darker colors genrally have more freedom and per capita income; whereas the countries with the lighter colors are generally poor and run by oppresive governments given to torture,  murder and even genocide.

There are exceptions, the UK for one. But all in all, that map doesn't help anti-gun arguments.

Lou

Can you name those countries "given to torture,  murder and even genocide"?

You missed Australia by the way - lighter colored.

Does it bother anyone that both World Wars started in Europe ?

P.S. -- the USA has been heavily armed since its farmers began populating the Eastern Mississippi frontier, hundreds of years ago.  Fighting against Indians, and the French too.

Please STOP tilting at windmills, all the while devoid of historical understanding.

Nuff said ?
