So there's a joke from another place, where someone was trying to ask if some site was "a surface web, a deep web, or a dark web" but they misspelled them into "weeb" and everyone thought it was funny so we came up with this thing people who arent weebs at all are "surface weebs", people who are weebs or hardcore weebs  are known as "deep weebs", and there is a mythical being who exists somewhere sometime called "The Dark Weeb" and he can  kill everyone who isn't a weeb when he snaps his fingers.
