when you play with the sustain down the whole song. you have to play so quiet to the extent that you almost cant hear it. and it has to be 'perfect' adagio
Bach, Beethoven, Brahms ( & Mozart ? )

you cant play it in regular cut time. the notes will blur together. you have to count the triplets as 3 sets of 4.

If one cannot hear it... What is the point?
thats the point beethoven was trying to make

Was he not deaf? Never mind... Back to Cliff.
not completely,,,he suffered a severe form of tinnitus

I like Classical music & I like pop and rock. So I like Electric Light Orchestra.

I luv the waltzes of Johann Strauss Jr., Setana wrote the beautiful Moldau. One fellow that does seem to be ignored is Thomas Koschat ( Schneewalzer ). So much wonderful music, so little time lol.
Speaking of a lot of wonderful music I do like to listen to Classical music in the evenings using my Satellite radio. Needless to say buying a lot of cds costs a bit of cash over time but the radio lets me hear pieces that are new to me and I enjoy that a lot.
Thanks for the posts. To quote myself: So much wonderful music, so little time ( hey I've heard that before lol ).
Just happened to be over on Youtube checking out music. I went back to " The Flight Of The Bumblebee " under the direction of Andre Rieu with Joja Wendt on the piano, very very nice.
