There were some tough 'dead rabbits' in Gangs of New York.
Rumour has it that Buni was offered a part but was working on some Monty Python film at the time & didn't want to get type cast.

You are not burring your head in the sand for 20 years and expect your son to solve your problems, especially if he is not even adequately informed on the size of your debt. When asked he is being told there's no debt or that this is not his problem. You can't expect him to do anything. There's always an idiot out there, knowing what's going on.
