I think psychopath sums me up better than narcissist. I think you'd agree Lee I want to know people very deeply. That's not a self interest it's an intense interest in others.

Because actually contrary to what people say there are people here that will talk to you about things very personal to them.
Deeply person to them. And you have a window to that person's soul.

As for certainty. I accept in principle your argument but I believe that there are people honest enough you can know them.

I'll give you an example. You might not recall but once I was getting a hard time from someone or other and you made an innocuous comment to me and I entirely overreacted.
You patiently explained to me I had misunderstood and I accepted I had.
Your actions demonstrated to me you are a gentleman. Offline some people would have observed my behave and lashed out in response. You took a step back though and were kind.
People do show who they are here. Rev is right that if you talk for long enough who you are naturally appears. It's inevitable.

Does it matter though pulp? What job you have those sorts of things. I don't think so so much. It's about how you see the world and how you interact with it.
