I'll be honest with you guys. I'm feeling like its time to give up writing in the forums for a long while.
annaEA resignation and the feeling that chess.com encourages trolling is depressing and disturbing to me.
I don't want to pout about it- and I'm perfectly willing to play and talk about chess. but I have no time for trolls. IMHO they have scored a nice victory. Assumed characters with malicious intentions must surely look at a "laissez-faire" approach of moderation as a good invitation to have a lot of fun at other people's expense.
I honestly thought I got beyond this mocking, abusive environment many years ago when I left school.
now 30 years older- I don't have to stay and be someone's punch line and joke.
within my groups (inactive as some of them are) I won't be mocked.
tah. FWIW; tom (and those that like to talk to him) was always one of the nicest most pleasant threads on the forum.
That is a pity Patzer...you were always one of the best posters...are you sure about this...forget about those trolls...never mind them...

Though, I have No connection, to the following " 'Williard', {missouri}, high school, 'debate & speech' team.. I was just made aware, {via 'surfing'}.. that they're among the 'top 2%' of all 'teams' nation-wide.. Plus, I was surprised, by their numbers ! ..{how do they all get, to do their 'thing'!?}

somebody has to be the first...you type funny and you won these chess trophys at 5 years old ..that is talented...
