I felt last night actually that I was a step closer. I have felt for a while what should I do what should I do? I realised last night that there is no I to do anything.
I think you're right that we can accept a truth but adjusting to it is another matter. Adjusting takes time. Consider all the conditioning we've received to believe we exist.

To relinquish the ego. I think we just need to let it be. Just be. Notice what's happening. It's not about talking but about listening. Watch.
Non- Sequitur - I learned relatively 'late' in my formative years, that, most people.. {if not, most everyone}, do Not, like to be, stared at.. {of either gender}.
One time, in junior high school, it even got me, in an intimidating, multiple, Near 'fight' situation... From a guy, who appeared to be able, to probably, 'kick-my-butt'!
.. After, I went to the 'vice principle's office, re. this 'bully'.. I found out, indirectly.. from the school 'v.p', that he was self- concious, about his right or left 'eye's physical appearence.. which, is what I couldn't, but help, stare at - As he'd daily enter, the 'health ed.' classroom.
Up, until then..That was, only the 2nd time, in my life, that, I'd been, personally aware, of that, habit, of mine !
.. The 1st time, {all True}, was in the '7th grade'.. when, prior, to the class convening.. I could think, of Nothing, better to do.. Than, to unflinchingly stare, at our 'male' substitute teacher.. as he 'doodled' at his desk, on some scratch paper, I assume.
As a result.. His 1st order of business, that day, was to have me removed, {upon his class announcement}, from, my 'front row' desk.. To, two -thirds, of the way, to the back, of the classroom. o:

Carolina I don't believe that nature possesses an intelligence intrinsically.
That's imagine nature as a being. A being is a false concept. It's all one and it just happens.
I accept though that intelligence arises naturally because of the development of consciousness though all the thoughts feelings and behaviours that result are naturally inevitable through our internal and external needs.
People confuse intelligence with freewill.
I'm reminded of the Pinnochio story. I want to be a real boy.
We can never exist as an individual. There is no I.
