Just talking about yoga.
I see there is a natural peace that exists within us. We aren't meant to be stressed and agitated.
There is love though in the silence. Does this indicate as Ed and Mother Teresa says a God? I wonder.

I feel like I have to find myself here again. I'm used to using the site a certain way and all that's changed. Both emotionally and also involving time.

I love the positivity of this song. I feel we have a natural strength and optimism within us. That we love maybe. The verb I mean. Can anyone listen to this song and not feel uplifted and inspired?
