You beat me to it, I was going to dedicate 'Setting Fire to the Rain' to a guy who isn't on site anymore who was so helpful to me in trying to improve my game.
He also used to send me so many music links, which I listened to faithfully, (although admittedly not all the way through the more strange choices lol) and if he listened to one of my suggestions it's all he did. Haha. He told me he preferred this to my suggestion to him of 'Someone Like You'.
He was a sweetheart, however, very sweet to me, and I missed him when he left. I always think of him when I hear either song.
