The moderator can view your game and compare your moves to the engine/computer. As long you didn't cheat, you should be fine.

FoolMate2222

You are not allow to create a forum about somebody.

FoolMate2222

II think you should get reported not because you cheated but adding someone's name in the forum. This is aganist Chess.com's Rule.

Kowarenai

just take it as a token of victory, you won and you should be proud his report wont change it

Fair enough in a sense. But that in turn propagates this culture of false accusations. It's become an ugly thing about the world lately. Salty about something? Make up a vexatious complaint against the person, make it official... Can you out them publically for slander and lies? No! Their reputation is protected, and the defamation itself screened from scrutiny. Yeah, right...meh.png

It's no big deal. I don't think that Chess.com is in the business of placating crybabies. They're looking for patterns of behavior. thumbup.png

I might be wrong though

Getting reported does nothing. All it does is alert chesscom to look into something. If you did nothing wrong, then there's nothing to worry about. It's like your neighbor calling the police because they heard a screaming in your apartment, but it was just that you were playing a horror video game and you screamed because you got scared (which did happen to me by the way).

Kowarenai

oh wow nikki how did everything go afterwards when police showed?

NikkiLikeChikki

The police knocked at the door, I opened the door. The policeman looked at me and said "is everything okay? We got a call that there were several screams coming from your apartment. I laughed and said that I was playing Resident Evil and may have let out a couple of screams." He laughed and said that he was sorry to interrupt me and left.

It was embarrassing.

Of course! It's a great game!

Please do not publicly shame other chess.com members in forums, if you think they are breaking the rules go to their profile and use the report button.

StumpyBlitzer

Edited and agree report abuse if you feel that's happening. No naming and shaking please.
