off the top of my head, I would say Puss in Boots 2, the plot and the animation were absolutely baller
If we’re going off animation then probably Spider-Man into the spider Verse or attack on titans movie both have amazing scenes of action and high speed
If it’s just based off of animation, then Into The Spiderverse wins. HTTYD is second
