So after many years (almost 18 years) I decide to ride a bike down some trails in my local park...
One month later, I returned the bike I had borrowed and treated myself to a half decent bike (a Marin (Pallisades Trail)- I've fallen in love with this mountain bike manufacturer...what better mountain bike to have, than one made by the people where mountain biking all began???
Anyway, back to my thoughts...
So cruising around the streets/parks of London, England (insert tea and scones jokes here ____________ ) ;-) I've found I'm happier, less stressed out and have a renewed purpose, and a clearer, defined meaning to my life.
Seeing the world go by at biciycle speeds has shown me more to the beautiful city I live in, the good in people that I share it with, and the work we need to do to make it a better place for future generations...
All from riding a bike.
Yes, this is all subjective...however, I urge you all to give it a go...and see just how much fun it is, and how happier you will be......
