Yeah, you eventually figure out that kibi / colby doesn't take words seriously. It's just a game. Saying you did things you didn't, saying you're unblocked when you're blocked.
It's better to just ignore him/her.
And don't feel bad. I don't think she actually dislikes you, it just generates more attention/drama to do what she did.
