Goodbye Bwussels, hello Westminster. The atmosphere has weally changed, walking along the high street people in a cheerful and welaxed mood. The pwospect of being fweed from the Bwussels straightjacket in a couple of years has everyone looking forward to a gweat future. Happy Independence UK.

Some dismay is expressed by a vocal minority in forums. The oft quoted John Lydgate line rings true as always 'you can pwease some of the people all of the time, you can pwease all of the people some of the time, but you can't pwease all of the people all of the time'.

But our media says that the UK leaders are working to reverse this mistake.

You don't really 'do' logic, do you countdown m'boy? Did you not notice that your first statement is largely overturned by the second one?

This result has left Britain more divided than at any time in living memory and Brexit is in disarray. I'm sure even you must have noticed that its principal leaders have all gone and it's as plain as day the ones that are left don't have a political or economic strategy. Who's going to provide that, you?

It's probably the most laughable 'victory' in Britain's entire political history.

Oh, and that minority you refer to is quite a large one, or did you not notice that either?

Trump: "And one more thing..."

Putin: "Knock, knock."

Trump: "Who's there?"

Putin: "Crimea."

Trump: "Crimea who?"

Putin: "Crimea river."

In case you hadn't noticed Ghostliner old boy, the annexing you mention occured under the present US regime, and relations certainly couldn't improve with yet another liberal.

I think it's extremely interesting that you've used the word 'annexing' there. This is the term that's been bandied around by the western media to pull people into line but no court or international legal body has ever declared that Crimea was annexed.

That's because Crimea has deep historical and cultural links with Russia and the people of Crimea and Sevastopol voted in a plebiscite on March 16th 2014 to secede from Ukraine following an unconstitutional coup in Kiev a month before.

Naturally, sheep-like citizens such as your good self aren't going to let mere facts get in the way of you going baa-baa-baa!

Well NATO and the EU were certainly provocative, but if Norway suddenly sent troops into Scotland and forced them to have an independence referendum we wouldn't be too pleased.
