Pardon me. Yes, the thought had occured to me, especially once I saw that there were multiple image files sitting in the downloads tab on the bottom of your image.

Now that you are back, and are evidently not kidding, may I suggest that you post your thread not in "Off Topic" but instead in "Help and Support", where it is more likely to receive attention?

Perhaps it has happened more than once to you. You might mention that.

We're sorry you're having difficulties with Live Chess.  Here are a couple of tricks that solve people's problems in many cases:

  • Do a hard refresh. On a PC you can do this by pressing Ctrl + F5. On a Mac, use Command + R.
  • If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache.  (The method for doing this depends on your browser.)  After that, refresh as described above.

 

If you are still having issues with Live chess, please contact Support.  We'll be better able to help if you give us all the details about what you're experiencing.
