Burger King is better than Chick-Fil-A

I wonder which is better 

I haven't visited either one since I started keto (several years). Foodwise, I guess it depends whether you prefer beef or chicken. For the taste of beef, go with BK; For the taste of chicken, go with CFA. My general impression was that CFA is a cleaner place; BK always seemed dirty. The *one* advantage of BK was that the area was designed so that you could watch the workers assembling your burger, if you cared to do that.

Also, worker morale at CFA seems to be very good. Conversely, there's a BK near me that seems to have poor management. The A/C often breaks in the summer and doesn't get fixed for days, and the workers seem overworked, understaffed, and generally pissed off most of the time.

In fact, once when the BK A/C wasn't working, one employee decided that she'd had enough and simply announced to everyone that she was quitting and walked out. The manager didn't seem too happy about it.

Now you're making BK sound better to me. As a keto guy, I actively look for high quality animal fat. (Although I'll pass on the vegan stuff.) :-)

I think that was after the A/C had been out for several days. Somewhat understandable.
