Can you justify why you're not vegan?

Unsure of validity

Second that . . . Great!

That means you're omnivorous. It's normal for humans to do that.

Ah yes....the ruination of a planet, and a species. farts...
The stuff people will believe.

Why do I need to justify why I'm not vegan? I'll justify why I'm NOT vegan when you justify why you ARE vegan!!!!!
You beat me to the punch. I just signed in again and was going to post something similar. I don't need to justify how I live, what I believe, to anybody.

Whoa mule!!!!! Some things DO need justifying, I just don't think this is one of those things!
Some things need justifying? What needs justifying? I need examples.
I eat meat. I like meat. I don't need to explain that or justify that to anyone. My religion (or lack thereof)? No, no justification required to anyone. My political beliefs? Get bent! I don't need to justify that to anyone. My sex life? Go pound sand, no justification required at all. Right to life? How I feel about that needs no justification. Have I forgotten anything? I think I've touched on all of the "hot button" issues.
We seem to live in a world where, if we disagree with someone, we need to justify our point of view. Unfortunately, any justification provided is ridiculed as wrong. There is no longer any discourse. Your country's current political mess is probably on of the best examples of this. Brexit being another close example. No consensus, just name calling and finger pointing. More's the pity . . .

This is what happens when people react emotionally, and refuse to use critical thinking, or at least take a deep breath, and THINK before speaking.
I'm a Christian. No need to explain why, but will if asked. And no i don't "hate" anyone.
I support Trump. And no im not a "racist"
I respect anyone's right to have an opinion. Even it it differs from mine.
I will gladly discuss any topic as long as its done civilly, respectfully, and you come armed with knowledge. If you react emotionally, and scream and yell. There will be no discussion.
If i choose NOT to discuss something, that is my right. And you have a right to not like it. But that does not make me "scared" "afraid" "phobic"

Just out of curiosity, are you or are you not asking me to justify my premise?
Nope. Just asking for examples. As you said there are some things requiring justification, I was wondering what some of those might be. If you provide a good example, then you have convinced me to reconsider my position. It has nothing to do with me asking you to justify anything. It has everything to do with providing an example that will convert me to your point of view: that some things do, indeed, require justification.

Well it darn well sounds like you are asking me to justify something......hey, there's an example for you, common, ordinary conversation! People are asked to justify themselves and their views in order to protect their reputation.
Charles Manson thought he was doing the right thing. He justified many murders. And im sure he wasnt exactly concerned about his reputation.

That's not really an example. I'm trying to think of an example, based on your premise, that might help.
When a policeman shoots a suspect and the suspect dies there is usually an investigation. In that investigation, the officer will be asked to justify the actions taken that led to the shooting and that if anything could have been done to prevent it. In this case, the action needs to be justified.
So, perhaps that's an example? It is, however, more of a one time occurrence (hopefully). The officer is not asked to justify joining the force, but to justify a shooting.
So perhaps actions sometimes need to be justified?

And that is why we should try to "justify" ourselves and our actions by keeping them in line with the Word of God.
Just take a look at our society, and see what justifying things has done.
I have a diabetic friend that "justifies" eating things he shouldn't because he can just take his insulin.
He will "justify" over eating at buffets by taking extra cholesterol medicine.
