the simpsons is very funny but i think it has to be perils of penelope pitstop

i quite like private goon from popeye as well but wasn't cartoon in its own right a bit like ichy and scrathy

Seems to me that The Simpsons is gonna win this poll regardless.  As far as older cartoons go I like Tom And Jerry, oh and The Roadrunner.  Hilarious.
