Yes the college students here dump them all the time. My cat , Barron, Is a ragamuffin that is 800 dollars per kitten. They dumped him at a church my sister woks at, and the pastors were kicking him! a tennant there took him in and left him out in hurricane harvey! So my sister brought him home an he sits in a box in my bed all day and is very timid.
It is so sad to see grown meen drowning cats because they tried to steal their fish. Which made me never go to the river again but not before I gave him a sift kick in the ***
It’s absolutely heartbreaking when you see how these cats have to live, and through no fault of there own , and mostly people are to blame for this . I work at a sanctuary for homeless cats and dogs , and I am confronted almost on a daily basis with cats that have been dumped by their owners they are cruel and heartless people, when you bring an animal into your life, it’s a life time commitment, and not just until vacation time arrives
Are these pets aged, and sickly, Tony? Or abused?
What are the laws concerning pet negligence, or abuse in Holland?
I agree having a pet is a life long commitment. I've heard of so many people adopting puppies or kittens to only get rid of them when they reach adulthood.
