If it were only moving fast then there wouldn't be a large rating difference between the best and worst players.
If it were only moving fast then you wouldn't be able to estimate someone's bullet rating by looking at their other live ratings.

I feel like the thing about bullet is the fact that it one lasts for a minute, which I feel like is not an accurate measure of skill, and it mostly only requires moving as fast as you can.
